Allison is a leading expert in cryptography and distributed computing. Prior to co-founding Proof, she was an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Columbia University, specializing in design of cryptographic systems. Additionally, she spent three years as a Quantitative Researcher at IEX, where she oversaw model development. Her other past employers include the Department of Defense and Microsoft Research.

Allison earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Princeton, a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She was named a Marshall Scholar in 2006, was featured as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Science in 2014, and won an NSF Career Award in 2016.

Marcio previously spent 11 years working for Goldman Sachs in 2 different offices (São Paulo and New York). His most recent position was as Co-Head of Latam Engineering where he was responsible for system development for a team of 40+ people in São Paulo and Mexico City including Equities Electronic Trading Strats, SRE, Equities Technology, FICC Technology and Operations Technology.

Prior to that, he worked as a Software Engineer at Credit Suisse in Brazil for 2 years. Marcio has an extensive knowledge in developing trading systems for Brazil and US markets. Marcio holds a master’s degree in Economics from INSPER and Computer Engineering bachelor’s degree from UNICAMP. He also won Gold medal for Brazilian Olympiad of Informatics in 2005.

Robledo has 8+ years of experience developing sell side trading systems at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President and Tech Lead for LatAm Electronic Trading Platforms.

Previously, he worked at Ultragaz, developing systems for liquified petroleum gas sales. Robledo holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from UNICAMP.

Daniel Aisen

Daniel Aisen

Daniel was previously a co-founder and the Head of Quantitative Strategy at IEX, where he spent 7 years. Prior to that, he was on the U.S. equity algorithmic trading team at RBC for 3 years. In both of these roles, Daniel played a key role in the idea origination and development behind several flagship trading products including IEX's Discretionary Peg, Signal and Router, as well as RBC's THOR and Eclipse.

Daniel has a bachelor's degree in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford, and he was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Finance in 2015. He was featured in Michael Lewis's 2014 book Flash Boys.

Nila Das

Nila was previously a bond trader for 13 years, most recently as a Director at Citigroup where she ran various books of mortgage-backed securities for 9 years. Prior to Citigroup, she was a trader at RBC for 4 years. At both Citigroup and RBC, she was critical in building out key products to institutional investors and structuring new product lines. Nila has extensive experience in the “electronification” of bond markets and building trading tools for illiquid sectors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Management from Boston University and was named Forbes 30 under 30 in Finance in 2016. She is actively involved with women’s initiatives in Finance, and most recently was the Chair of Women in Trading at Citigroup.

Bill Guinan

Bill is an innovative financial leader with deep expertise in markets. Bill was formerly at IEX Group, where he first served as Head of Business Development and later served as Advisor in Digital Assets.

Prior to that, he was Head of Sector Trading/Specialists at Alliance Bernstein, where he built and led a team of traders and sector specialists creating a methodology for measuring production vs. activity. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which he earned while serving in the United States Airforce.
